Picarrow ("the App") is a game developed, owned and published on Google Play by Faiq Ahmad ("we", "us" or "our"). Faiq Ahmad, an individual developer, is the person responsible for the App and for any information processed through it.

2. Summary
- Picarrow does not require an account, sign-in or registration.
- Picarrow does not collect, store or share any personal information.
- Picarrow works fully offline and does not show ads.
- Your game progress is saved only on your own device.
3. Information we collect
Personal information. Faiq Ahmad does not collect any personally identifiable information through Picarrow, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or device identifiers.
Game data stored on your device. To let you continue where you left off, Picarrow saves gameplay data locally on your device, such as completed levels, selected difficulty, hint usage and settings (for example, sound preferences). This data never leaves your device and is not sent to Faiq Ahmad or to anyone else.
4. How we use information
The game data stored on your device is used only to run Picarrow: to save your progress, remember your settings and show you the right level. Faiq Ahmad does not use any data for advertising, profiling, analytics or tracking, and does not sell or share data with third parties.
5. Third-party services
Picarrow does not include third-party advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
Picarrow is distributed through Google Play. When you download or update the App, Google may collect information under its own policies. That processing is controlled by Google, not by Faiq Ahmad. See the Google Privacy Policy for details. Google Play may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as install counts and crash rates) that do not identify you.
6. Device permissions
Picarrow does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or other personal data on your device. No internet connection is required to play.
7. Children's privacy
Picarrow is suitable for a general audience. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at faiqahmadinc@gmail.com and we will delete it.
8. Data retention and deletion
Game data stays on your device for as long as Picarrow is installed. You can delete it at any time by clearing the App's storage in your Android settings (Settings → Apps → Picarrow → Storage → Clear data) or by uninstalling the App. Because Faiq Ahmad holds no data about you, there is no account or server-side data to delete.
9. Security
Since Picarrow does not transmit personal information, your data is not exposed to network transfer risks by the App. Data stored on your device is protected by your device's built-in security.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information. Because Faiq Ahmad does not collect personal information through Picarrow, we hold no such information about you. You are still welcome to contact us with any privacy request or question.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if new features are added to Picarrow. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change affects how data is handled, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
